To all our Down Under Coach Tour passengers we thank you for your patience as we monitor the COVID-19 virus and its implications. We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the situation as it evolves, and that the well-being of our dear passengers and our employees is our primary concern in these unprecedented times.
As a result, all tours have been suspended until appropriate permission to recommence has been issued. This is due to the directives from the State & Federal Governments as listed below:
- No non-essential travel for seniors allowed;
- All food/restaurants/club will be closed;
- Abiding by the regulations set by the federal and state governments;
- Keeping our passengers & our community safe;
- State borders are now closed with self-isolation required.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Nothing, please be patient. If you are currently booked on a tour that has been cancelled, you will be notified by our tour consultants. Rest assured that we will keep you updated as the situation unfolds.
CAN I STILL BOOK A TOUR FOR LATER IN THE YEAR?
If you are not already booked on a tour which is leaving later in the year and you are wanting to book, by all means do so.
We will contact you closer to the date and advise you whether the tour will proceed.
We continue to plan for the future with confidence, as this is only a temporary set-back. We’ll all be back in business before you know it.
When we are notified that tours can recommence and subject to your interest, we may re-schedule the cancelled Easter tour at a convenient date.
The Bright Autumn Festival, Silo Art Trail & Great Ocean Road tour has been transferred to 2021.
We ask in the meantime, you practice good personal hygiene, regularly washing your hands, practice safe distancing and we will get through this together.
