If you are travelling on your own, Down Under Coach Tour crews will warmly welcome you.  You'll soon make many new friends as you share your holiday.

As a single traveller, we will match you up with a room partner of the same gender.  Or you can choose to have an individual room at an additional 'Single Supplement' cost.  If we cannot match you up with another single traveller of the same gender, a single room will be provided at no extra cost.

2 to 4 day tours – a deposit is required within 7 days of booking and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made in person, over the phone with a credit card or through a travel agent.

Terms & Conditions—Refund Policy:

Day Tours - Refunds prior to final payment will be subject to any non-refundable costs.  For cancellations after the final payment date any refund will be subject to pre-paid venue cancellation policies.

Concerts/Shows – Deposit paid covers the cost of your ticket.  Cancellation refunds are subject to the resale of your ticket.  For cancellations made after the final payment date refund will be subject to venue cancellation policies.

Short Breaks (2 to 4 Days) - Refunds for cancellations prior to final payment date subject to any non-refundable costs.  Cancellations made after final payment date subject to venue cancellation policies.

Luggage space is limited onboard our coaches.  Each passenger is entitled to take one suitcase, the size of which is not to exceed H60cm x L25cm x W40cm, and the weight limit is 20 kilos (44lbs).  Personal items should be carried in a travel bag.

Passengers accept that it is their responsibility to ensure that their health is in a state which allows them to enjoy the tours and successfully complete activities that the tour offers.  It is essential for you to address any medical conditions / dietary requirements with us at the time of booking. 

Persons with limited mobility or those unable to adequately care for themselves are required to be accompanied by a carer.  In particular, hostesses, coach captains, and your fellow passengers will not act as assistants or carers in these circumstances.  Down Under Coach Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers requiring assistance who are not accompanied by a carer.
